Wow! What an inspirational guy!

Meet Alex who runs in the VM80-84 age category.

As I walked up to parkrun one morning we began chatting and I discovered this was Alex’s 422nd parkrun. He began doing parkrun in 2012 at Albert Park but now runs Stewart Park as it his local one.

Absolutely fantastic!
