Winter Night Series, Event 4

The final event in our Winter Night Series. Well done to everyone who took part!

A total of 85 runners have taken part across the series with many completing more than one run. Some even completed all four! Thank you for all your support and messages.

We had 20 new registrations on Thursday including a visitor from Wales. I think she travelled especially for the run but I couldn’t be sure….

Nice to see all ages with runners aged between 7 and 75! It’s awesome that running can be enjoyed by so many. Don’t feel you need to be attached to a club to take part. This run is for EVERYONE! Hope you all like your medals.

A special thanks to all the volunteers who braved the cold to pitch in and make this event possible. Due to the run being held in the dark we double up on all our marshal points to ensure no one is on their own. Alex and Rory did a cracking job timing and Derek did a fine job stepping in as our tail runner.
