What People Are Saying
“I was a bit nervous about turning up to one of the Wellbeing walks on my own but I needn’t have been. Pamela immediately put me at ease and I was soon chatting to the other walkers too.
We had a lovely walk through the grounds of Ormesby Hall including through the woods which is something I wouldn’t have been comfortable doing on my own.
Being surrounded by nature is so relaxing I will definitely be back for more.
— Susan
“ The group is so friendly and Pamela makes sure all abilities and age ranges are catered for. Every week is different which makes it more fun and we have a good giggle and a sight see along the way! This is far better than the Couch to 5k in my opinion as it is so varied and sociable.
She is very conscious of keeping covid safe too which is reassuring.
If anyone is thinking of starting to run, (even with zero experience) or getting back into it, then I'd highly recommend More Than a Run. You will be made very welcome by all.”
— Catherine
“Great achievement on finishing the 100k challenge. Thanks to Pamela for organising it and sorting all the times and leaderboards out.
Great motivator for going out and running when I otherwise may have not gone. Been an excellent training tool for my great north run attempt. Now looking forward to round 2 of the challenge.”
